~ 5/21/19 Day 4 ~

Today we went Kayaking at the Narrows. It was really really awesome. In my moment of silence I was floating down the river and I could hear lots of noises. I hear the wind blowing the leaves above, i could hear the water flowing under me, and I could also hear the birds around me. Before we went to the narrows we made a poem it is below...

To make a stream, it takes several ingredients.

Start with lots of rocks as a base

And a handful of plants and trees to surround it

Don’t forget to the cup of clear water to flow on the rocks

If peacefulness is few

Add water flowing noises to insure the vibe and the peacefulness
